Place for life: Urbanity Campus Tachov will offer rental apartments in villa houses
Urbanity Campus Tachov brings a new concept of rental housing that combines modern architecture, high standards, and affordability for young people and public service professionals. In Oldřichovská Street, just two kilometers from the city center, eight low-rise villa houses with a total of 52 fully equipped apartments will be built.
The project is designed to be clear and understandable from the very beginning. Registration of interested parties has already begun, construction officially starts on November 1, 2025, apartment reservations will be possible from January 1, 2026, and the first tenants will be able to move in on December 1, 2026.
Apartments with layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk will be fully furnished – from the kitchen with appliances to built-in wardrobes and basic furniture. Each building will include parking spaces, storage areas, and larger apartments will also have a balcony or terrace. The architectural design emphasizes comfort, functionality, and a pleasant environment for everyday life.
"Our goal is to offer quality rental housing that is affordable without the need for a mortgage and at the same time meets the demands of modern life," says Roland Hofman, CEO of the Urbanity group. The project is being developed with the support of the State Fund for Investment Support and is part of a broader vision for the development of the urban district.
Urbanity Campus Tachov is therefore not just a residential project, but a place where a vibrant community can emerge. The complex will also offer common areas for relaxation – a picnic zone with a fireplace, a grill, and plenty of greenery. Urbanity thus creates an environment where it is good to live and thrive.
