Can I have pets in the apartment?

Yes, as long as the animal does not disturb others or damage the apartment, it can live with you. Sometimes, in such cases, a higher deposit or special conditions can be agreed, but always in accordance with the law.

Who takes care of repairs and maintenance?

Minor repairs and routine maintenance are usually handled by the tenant themselves. However, if something major or technical happens, our building management will help – you will be given their contact information when you move in.

What other services do you offer?

You can arrange high-speed internet, rent a parking space, storage space or additional apartment equipment. We also offer apartment cleaning, technical support and service, a parcel service and other services according to the current offer.

Is parking available?

Yes, it is possible to rent outdoor reserved parking spaces directly by the building. You can find out about their availability and price in the details of the specific apartment offer.

Are the houses energy efficient? Will I pay a lot for energy?

On the contrary, all apartments are extremely energy efficient (class A). Thanks to photovoltaics, LED lighting and underfloor heating, you will have your energy costs under control.

Are the apartments already furnished?

Yes, completely. Each apartment has a kitchen with appliances, built-in wardrobes, a bed, furniture, a washing machine and other equipment. You can find a detailed list in the Apartment Card.

Contract and fees

How can I terminate my rental agreement?

All you need to do is give us written notice according to the contract. The notice period is usually two or three months. If you are unsure, we will be happy to help you with this.

What is included in the service fees?

Monthly service fees include cleaning of common areas, waste removal, hallway lighting, maintenance of the house and greenery, regular operational checks and technology service, as well as building insurance.

How long is the rental agreement valid for and can it be extended?

The standard length of a lease is one or two years. If you like it at Urbanity, it is no problem to extend it repeatedly. A shorter or longer period is not possible.

How much is the deposit and when is it returned?

Expect a deposit of two to three months' rent. If everything goes well at the end of the lease and you hand over the apartment without any defects, we will of course return the deposit to you.

What will I need to close the lease?

All you need is a citizen's card or passport and proof of income (for example, an employment contract or payslips), or a reference from a previous landlord and a sworn statement.

Are energy and services included in the rent?

No, energy and services are paid separately. Services have a fixed monthly fee, energy is paid in monthly deposits with subsequent billing. Details can always be found in the specific apartment offer.

Reservations and rentals

How can I rent an apartment?

Simply fill out the form here on the website or contact our team. We will then send you detailed information, arrange a personal or online viewing, and prepare a reservation or rental agreement. It will then be up to you to pay the deposit and the first rent.

When can I move in?

If everything goes according to plan, you can move in from March 1, 2027.

Is it possible to book an apartment in advance?

Yes, absolutely. Once you decide that this is the right apartment for you, you can make a binding reservation. All you have to do is pay a non-refundable reservation deposit, which will be included in your rent or security deposit after signing the rental agreement.

How do you choose tenants?

The apartments are intended primarily for young people under 35 years of age or for those who work in public service professions such as healthcare, education, police, firefighters, social services or state administration, or for those with lower incomes.
